My mum works at the Army base in Papakura and she does heaps of work like e.g cleaning, doing dishes, helping people and sorting out problems with other people. Her name is Mata and she is good at drawing and more.

Dipper, Mabel and Stan was in Gravity Falls. When Dipper Found one journal, two journals then three journals. He didn't know who was writing in it so Dipper hid the journals from Mabel and Stan. At night he would read what's in it. In the journals was stuff that he didn't know about Gravity Falls. Mabel is like a normal girl but when something bad happens she  will tell Dipper to do something. Dipper will look in the journals and he will see in the book how to make it go away.

Chapter 1

New York City, New York

A bright blue sky stretched over New York City. It was the morning rush. Men and woman hurried to work.Taxis, cars and buses zoomed through the streets. And then there was the plane. Many people in Lower Manhattan heared it before they saw it - the screaming roar of jet engines. The massive aircraft streaked through the sky, barley skimming over rooftops. Up and down the sidewalks, people froze. Eleven-year-old Lucas Calley supposed to be in Manhattan that day. His parents had no idea that he'd caught a train into the city,that he was there, on a crowded sidewalk,  looking up as it began. Lucas watched, almost hypnotized, as the plane careened through the sky. He'd never seen a plane fly so low.It was so close that he can read the letters on the tail: AA. American Airlines. Panicked questions swirled through his mind. Was there something wrong with the plane? Was the pilot sick? Lost? Confused? Pull up! Lucas wanted to shout. Go higher! But the plane kept getting lower. And faster. And now Lucas's heart stopped as he saw what was in the plane's path: The Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. The silver and glass buildings, each a quarter of a mile tall, rose high above the New York City skyline. The plane sped up. NO! With one last ferocious roar, the jet plunged into the side of one of the towers. There was a thundering explosion. People all around Lucas screamed. And then the bright blue sky filled with black smoke and fire.

GTA 5

GTA is a game that big kids can play but only if it's 16 year old or above, us little kids are still in primary so we can't play that game. GTA stands for Grand Theft Auto. That is a crazy game. It has guns, bombs and other things bad. You can rob the shops, gas station, mall and more.

Weekly Must Dos

3. Grammar
4. Puzzle

Poem is a coloring things in and reading what's on it.

Spelling sentences is a spelling word that you have to use and put them into sentences.

Grammar is a sheet of paper that you have to fill in with sentences.
Puzzle is like a quiz but a bit different, you have to do a list of words with a blend at the start or at the end of a word.

The BFG

At the start of  Term 2 Room 13 read the book about the BFG.

The BFG stands for The BIG FRIENDLY GIANT.

There is a movie coming out on the 7th of July 2016 and it's in the movies. I would like to watch the BFG movie. The BFG is the only nice giant out of  all of the giants in giant country. Room 13 is going to watch it on Friday the 8 of  July.

Class Dojo

            

Class Dojo is about happiness or angriness. Class Dojo is cool because you can get points and you get to cash it in and get to go somewhere or play on something in class.

Here are some things when you want to cash in your 

points.

1. 10 points=1 big pompom
2. 20 points=2 big pompoms
3. 30 points=choose 3 people to go with you to the adventure playground for 15 minutes
4. 40 points=1/2 an hour to play on the chrome books
5. 50 points= 6 big pompoms
6. 60 points=choose 3 people to go with you to the ICT at break time
7. 70 points=choose who gets the chrome books during wet break
8.  80 points=change background on own blog

The kingdom of Arcadia

In the kingdom of Arcadia everyone lives in fear of Asgoth the terrible. All except Jamie. For Jamie has a secret weapon, Firefly the dragon. If Jamie was brave enough to defeat the great wizard, the land of Arcadia could be free once more. Princess Mary was riding on her favourite horse and she was half way to the kingdom. "RRRROOOOAAAARRRR,"Yelled Asgoth "I'm here for your horse" groaned Asgoth. Asgoth made the horse jump so the princess could fall off and hurt herself. She got up and her leg was bleeding. Asgoth was gone and the princess ran home and told her father what happened "DAD DAD DAD!!! A giant or whatever that thing is took my beautiful horse" cried the princess. Jamie was hiding outside in the dark, spooky cave, it was the Asgoth's cave. The horse was surrounded by gold, diamond, red stones and emeralds, Asgoth was sleeping on it and the horse was tied to Asgoth's hand but it was loose. BOOM!!! BAM!!! BANG!!!, "What was that!!!" yelled Asgoth. Asgoth went to the exit and entry and Jamie went under Asgoth's legs and Jamie took the horse and rode out and said to Asgoth "BYE BYE TERRIBLE ASGOTH" yelled Jamie. Jamie appeared in the kingdom "HIP HIP HARA HARA" screamed the people, the princess was so happy that they celebrated for Jamie."JAMIE IS A HERO!!!!"#2

Minecraft is my favourite game and on minecraft there are animals like pigs, cows, rabbits, horses, donkeys, dogs and wolves. There are monsters too like zombies, skeleton with a bow, slime monsters and spiders. You can go on survival or creative. On creative you can do anything like building, adventure and kill. On survival you will die because the monsters will kill you and you will not survive.

 About Minecraft 

Minecraft is a game where you dig (mine) and build (craft) different kinds of 3D blocks within a large world of varying terrains and habitats to explore. In this world the sun rises and sets as you go about your work, gathering materials and making tools. There is rain and occasional lightning storm, and animals that you can tame, farm or use for food. Depending on which mode you're playing in, you might also need to fight for your survival against hunger, danger and bad guys.

The Fanklenstein Teacher

High in the spooky storm mountains, a spooky storm was raging. In the heart of that spooky storm, there stood a spooky old castle ,there was a spooky laboratory. And in that spooky laboratory.... Something very, very spooky was going on. Vast vats were hubbling and bubbling. Enormous machines were humming and thrumming. Colossal coils were whizzing and fizzing. And right in the middle of all that sound and fury was...THE DOCTOR. He pulled a massive lever. The roof opened wide to the night,and the wild wind came whistling in.Thunder crashed, lightning flashed... and ZAPPED!!!!! on to a metal rod. It sizzled down the wall, scorched across the floor, and jumped once more...straight into a strange shape under a sheet. The doctor threw some switches, bright sparks flew, choking smoke billowed, and the doctor checked his dials. He looked around and then he smiled. Beneath the sheet there were definitely some switches. The doctor said MY CREATURE LIVES! Suddenly,the shape sat up and the sheet fell away a hideous creature was revealed. The creature rose to its giant feet. It stamped stiffly towards the doctor. It reached out with it's giant hands. It moaned and it groaned. The doctor said "Speak! What do you have to say,my creature?" Outside the storm was passing and the wind dying down. "I...want...to...be..." the creature growled. "A...teacher ""are you sure about that?" said the doctor, a bit surprised. "Absolutley,"said the creature, its eyes gleaming. "Well,it's your furneral," said the doctor and shrugged. He turned the machines off and put the kettle on. The doctor said "personally, I can't think of a worse job. But somebody got to do it, I suppose." So the doctor got the creature into a teacher training college.The  creature worked hard, and one day he wasn't just a creature any more. He had a posh piece of paper that said he was a FRANKENSTEIN TEACHER. Now all he needed was a class to teach.

Word Puzzle

We have been learning about word puzzle. I had to write down our spelling words and see how much our spelling words are worth. I thought that it was going to be hard but it was easy.  I do it once a week. I found it was normal and easy. I liked it because it was better than writing our spelling words.
